Tyler was the best realtor Ive ever worked with, He found the perfect house for us with everything we wanted and more I highly recommend him! I like that he is not pushy at all and gets to know what you like and dislike. Our buying situation was a little tricky and he helped me and my Dad who lived out of town at the time through the whole process. This is my first ever purchase of a home and Stephanie couldn’t have made the process easier. She went above and beyond in everything she did. She is thorough, honest, and detail oriented. Not living in the area but wanting to buy a home in Daytona for a while I was not having much luck. I engaged Stephanie's assistance and she responded quickly, inquiring about what I was looking for. She worked endless hours researching the homes that I wanted, taking videos and sending them to me so I felt like I was touring them myself. When I finally found a home and put in a bid, she helped me find an inspector and negotiated a great deal for me. The closing was contingent on my selling another home which was not going well. She not only assisted with the closing in Daytona she also helped me manage a very challenging closing back home. I truly believe if it was not for her going that extra mile, I would not have been able to close on my dream home. Thank you Stephanie for all you and Tyler did.

About Tyler & Stephanie Renick
We are Tyler & Stephanie Renick a Husband & Wife Real Estate Team with two beautiful children that live in Ormond Beach area. We are connected in many ways to our community through our children and groups.
Tyler is a life long resident of Ormond beach & knows Ormond Beach and surrounding areas very well. He is the son of Tom Renick who was former Volusia County Beach Safety Director for over 30 years and passed in 2001. Volusia County then dedicated the first beach front park in Ormond by the Sea after him named Tom Renick Park. Tyler is handy besides selling homes and is great with investment properties.
Stephanie Born & Raised in Ocala, FL moved to Ormond area in 2010 for change of scenery & loved being closer to the beach. Besides selling real estate I love helping the community, Ive been on Women Uniteds board for 5 years and we help raise funds to give back to charities in Volusia County for Women & Children.
We have sold many homes in Volusia County and am proud to say that we are a multi-million dollar producers and have qualified for the Realty Pros Executive club every year we have been agents.
